Rogue's Review:

Snorters of the world, unite!

The sequel to the original "Miss Congeniality" starts out fine enough, with Bullock's character, Gracie Hart, trying to live down the publicity from the release of her book, which, thanks to her high recognizability factor, is destroying her career with the FBI. The plot takes many reckless turns after this decent set-up, and by the end it's just a mess, but not necessarily a completely bad one - there are some funny on-stage shenanigans in a Vegas drag club, a lot of adorable snorting, and a few interesting (and very strange) moments between Bullock and Regina King's war-machine-from-hell character, Fuller; I kept wishing the two of them would just get a room and work their love/hate properly, but no such luck.
